Tru-Flex LLC has been manufacturing metal hose since 1962. Tru-Flex is growing with operations in West Lebanon and Whitestown, Indiana and a new European manufacturing facility opening in 2015. Our niche is the manufacturing of customized flexible tubing for commercial vehicle exhaust systems. The Warehouse Associate will assist with all general warehouse and manufacturing duties as assigned by the warehouse manager. These duties include, but are not limited to, the receiving and, placement of raw materials, picking/packing components and assembling kits to be shipped to customers and safely operating equipment to create products as specified by our customers.


  1. Receive, check, and put away materials using RF scanners and other warehouse equipment.
  2. Pick, assemble and pack products to be stored either in our warehouse or shipped directly to our customer.
  3. Examine and inspect containers, materials and products to ensure that packing specifications are met.
  4. Operate engraving machines to produce products to ship to our customers.
  5. Enter data into ERP system (Epicor) to complete job process and to maintain warehouse accuracy.
  6. Identify and communicate pick bin changes, corrections and discrepancies to management.
  7. Ensure safe use and operation of all power equipment and machinery.
  8. Maintain a clean, safe work environment and warehouse security.


  1. High School Diploma or GED required
  2. 1-3 years of experience in warehouse or manufacturing
  3. Basic math skills
  4. Basic understanding of computer functions
  5. Ability to read and write, and follow written or verbal instructions in English
  6. Experience operating warehouse equipment such as barcode scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
  7. Experience printing and understanding picking lists, bill of lading, shipping labels, and packing lists
